DoveVivo / Joivy Property Platform
Property-rental platform at DoveVivo (now Joivy): booking management, an appointment system that handled scheduling across geographically distributed flats, Stripe payment flows I led a small team to build, and internal Dynamics 365 plugins supporting the marketing, customer-care and sales teams.
Supply Chain Certification App
Web application for certifying carbon emission metrics and for rewarding actors respecting their emission target.

Cloud Software Engineer
IBM
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders, owning expectation-setting, clear communication and follow-through on production issues
- Mentor engineers day-to-day on the stack and engineering practices, owning code-review quality and knowledge sharing across the team
- Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement and delivery estimates, applying Agile and SOLID principles across the full development lifecycle
- Modernize existing .NET systems, decomposing tightly-coupled monoliths toward cleaner MVC architecture and migrating business rules onto test-driven layers
- Design, build and deploy cloud solutions on Azure (ASP.NET Core services in Linux containers), working within Azure App Configuration and Key Vault infrastructure
- Use AI-augmented, agentic development workflows (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, IBM's internal AI harness) to accelerate delivery, with human review and validation

- Owned the system design phase of the booking platform as a remote freelance engagement, defining the architecture and service boundaries the implementation was built on
- Delivered the design for a distributed multi-timezone booking application covering reservations, scheduling and customer-facing flows
Software Engineer
DoveVivo (now Joivy)
- Progressed from Intern to Junior IT Developer to Software Engineer across a single four-year tenure
- Migrated a full tightly-coupled .NET system from start to finish, decomposing the monolith toward MVC architecture and moving business rules onto a test-driven service layer
- Built and maintained backend services and user-facing features (React, Node.js, .NET), covering both API and UI work — including booking management and an appointment system that solved scheduling across geographically distributed flats
- Led a small team to co-build a digital payment platform end-to-end (Stripe integration), from design through production rollout, cutting the company's cash-handling costs
- Built internal plugins for Dynamics 365 and supported the marketing, customer-care and sales teams with feature implementations
- Practiced Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) and conducted code reviews across the team
- Used Azure CosmosDB briefly for a service, later migrated to MongoDB Atlas for cost efficiency
- Built automations, including an automatic email system, that freed the Operations team to focus on higher-value activities
- Optimized application performance, achieving roughly 30% faster load times
- Mentored and onboarded new joiners: ramp-up support, pairing, code-review feedback and guidance through company processes to accelerate their path to productive contributors
